CAFETERIA

The Hartford Steam Boiler maintains a full service cafeteria on Level 5. Recently remodeled in 2016, the cafeteria is open to the public.

Monday - Thursday
Breakfast: 7:00 am - 9:30 am
AM Snack: 9:30 am - 11:30 am
Lunch: 11:30 am - 2:00 pm
PM Snack:2:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Friday

Breakfast: 7:00 am - 9:30 am
AM Snack: 9:30 am - 11:30 am
Lunch: 11:30 am - 2:00 pm

The Polytechnic - ON20 Restaurant

On the 20th Floor, The Hartford Steam Boiler maintains a fine dining restaurant, The Polytechnic-ON20 Restaurant. This facility is open for lunch daily plus dinner and happy hour Wed-Sat. The Polytechnic ON20 Restaurant is also available for special receptions and dinners. Please contact the receptionist for reservations at (860) 722-5161 or visit www.ontwenty.com.

STEAM COFFEE BAR

Located on Level 4 of the lobby, the Steam Coffee Bar is One State Street’s newest amenity. The Steam Coffee Bar features a full array of coffee and espresso offerings including Starbucks products as well as a grab and go case featuring pastries and sandwiches. The Steam Coffee Bar is open 7:00 am - 4:00 pm Monday - Friday.

HEALTH CLUB

One State Street’s self-service health facility is located on the 4th Level adjacent to the Management Office. The club provides a Nautilus Fitness Center, free weights, and cardiovascular exercise equipment. Access to the club is controlled by the building access system. There is a $10.00 fee (subject to change) for lost cards. For membership cards, information and rates, please contact the Property Management Office at (860) 525-8060.

PATIOS AND ENTERTAINMENT

During the warm months, the Level 3 patio is furnished for your enjoyment. Please feel free to use the patio at your leisure. The Patio can be reserved for functions by contacting the Property Management office in advance.

MISCELLANEOUS SERVICES

Additional services available to tenants include:

ATM - Located on Level 4 of the lobby next to the Parking elevators.

Shoe Shine/Shoe Repair - Located on Level 4 of the lobby by the revolving door.

Dry Cleaning Service - A drop box for White Way Dry Cleaning services is located on Level 1 in the mailroom next to the Parking elevators.
